JOINSO OUTSOURCING SERVICES is a remote or on-site outsourcing service (offshoring) that JOINSO offers to IT companies or any company or entity that has a development department, in partnership with various companies in the sector.
The resources offered are managed directly by the client, but supervised by JOINSO staff and its partners.
EUROPE
JOINSO Europe leads and manages both local and foreign outsourcing services.
JOINSO is a Spanish company, based in Sabadell, founded in 2008, which brings more than 60 years of accumulated professional experience to its professionals.
The contracts are regulated under Spanish law, include NDA to protect our clients private information, GDPR, and are subject to our civil liability insurance.
We have Spanish Account Managers for client contact and coordination with the team.
ASIA
JOINSO ASIA encompasses offshoring services located in Colombo (Sri Lanka).
The management of these services is centralized in Colombo, which means that we are in direct contact with the staff, thus ensuring that: the resources offered are adequate, procedures are followed and quality is maintained.
All staff including developers are employed in Sri Lanka.
The staff has signed confidentiality and exclusivity clauses.
JOINSO ASIA offers its employees advantageous conditions, they are not exploited at work, it provides the necessary resources to carry out their work, it carries out continuous evaluations and organizes events every month to increase cohesion and motivation.
Immediate resources
We can offer developers immediately in the following technologies
Minimum of 3 years experience in the specified technology.
They have worked with other clients or have been validated with internal projects for a month.
They can be replaced in case of sick leave, vacation or at the clients request.
Programmers previously hired by us.
Support and supervision by our TechLeads.
Specific resources
We can look for developers with other technologies and offer the candidates to be interviewed and evaluated by our clients.
Hiring these resources requires a commitment of at least 12 months and they cannot be replaced immediately.

Methodology
The developers offered by JOINSO will adapt to the methodologies and tools proposed by our clients.
In an initial meeting, the way of working, communication, methodology, architecture, tools and everything necessary to begin the collaboration will be jointly defined.
Our clients are responsible for defining the architecture to follow and the libraries to use. In case the client does not have the technical staff to define the architecture, JOINSO can offer its TechLeads to define it.
Account Managers in Spain, apart from receiving and processing client requests, also ensure the correct implementation of the service, supervise it during its duration by obtaining feedback from both parties, and prevent or resolve possible conflict situations.
Our partners are certified with ISO 15504, related to quality in the software development life cycle.
These procedures have been audited, and because of this, our developers are accustomed to working with Agile methodologies and using project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, and GIT repositories.
Quality
Our goal is to deliver quality code. To do this we have a series of procedures.
We develop using the standards of each language.
Our TechLeads regularly monitor and review the code to check the quality of the code and verify that no bad practices are being carried out. They advise and support our developers and help when some type of R&D needs to be carried out.
We offer services to evaluate the quality of source code, performing a static analysis on said code and warning us of the different points to improve.
In some projects we have started using ChatGPT to streamline, verify and optimize the software creation process for our developers.
Supervision
JOINSO monitors the resources offered to our clients.
Using internal tools, we control that developers complete the contracted hours.
Periodic code reviews are performed and metrics obtained by code quality control services are checked.
Account Managers follow up to obtain feedback and prevent problems.
JOINSO ASIA
Training
Education in Sri Lanka is free, including universities.
Due to the high demand for Software Engineering courses, only students with the highest grades obtained in the exams equivalent to the Spanish Selectividad are able to access it and the training is much higher than in other Asian countries such as India.
Language
The developers speak English.
In Sri Lanka we have Spanish-speaking staff who assist both our developers and our clients Project Managers when clarifications are needed.
Sick leave, vacations and substitutions
The developers follow the Sri Lankan working calendar. Clients are notified of public holidays every month.
Days off will be notified in advance and approved by the client. Holidays will also be agreed upon by the client.
In the event of sick leave, it will be agreed with the client whether a temporary replacement is needed. In any case, only the days worked are billed.
Schedule
Sri Lanka has a time difference of 3½ hours with Spain in summer and 4½ in winter. 9am in Madrid is 12.30pm in Colombo.
Licenses
Any license required to carry out the development will be the responsibility of the client.
